Protection of de facto couples
A trust may be the solution to guarantee and protect unmarried cohabitees in the event of death, but also in cases where the relationship comes to an end. De facto couples can thus regulate the property regime of cohabitation in such a way as to predetermine the destination of the entire estate both in the case of separation and in the case of death.
